About Me
Kully Nijjar has over 30 years of experience in NHS and private general dental practice and is a former owner of two busy mixed practices. She has mentored Foundation Dentists and Dental Therapists for more than 19 years and is a qualified coach and mentor, supporting dentists in difficulty.
She is a current LDS Examiner and an experienced former ORE Examiner for more than 10 years.
She has held key national and educational roles including Clinical Dental Advisor to NHSE&I (dental commissioning, performer list applications and performance assessment), Practitioner Performance Advice Dental Assessor, GDC Education Associate, and EduQual Education Associate.
Kully is a former Clinical Teacher at King’s College London, HEE GDP Appraiser and course speaker, and former Clinical Adviser to International Dental Professionals for Rodericks Dental Partners.
She is also the Founder of the International Dentist GDP Foundation Programme, supporting overseas dentists transitioning into UK general practice. With DDC Dental, Kully is part of ORE OSCE teaching and assessments.
